Treasure

Wow it's already been a busy start to my weekend. Last night Allan and I put together a mini Easter Egg Hunt for the kids and it was the first egg hunt my son has ever done and he was already a pro. This morning I had a work meeting and afterwards we went to the mall and the kids took Easter pictures with the Easter bunny it was soo cute. I also bought a bunch of polishes from Ulta, yay! So that's the reason I'm posting so late. Anyways here is a swatch of Nubar Treasure, which is a sheer purple holo. I was expecting it to look a little different but I still love it. I think I had to use 4 coats for this with a coat of Seche Vite.

Can't wait for Easter tomorrow!

Another Haul

Yesterday ended up being a pretty good day. Aside from being stressed and yelled at by a supervisor I actually ended the day very nicely. I went home to 4 packages waiting for me, I was really surprised at how quickly some of the things I ordered just over the weekend came. I felt like it was my birthday already! I had a huge cheesy smile on my face as I opened each package and my boyfriend just kept looking at me like I was a crazy person. So here are all the pretties I got.

From L to R: KleanColor Chunky Holo Fuschia, Chunky Holo Candy, Chunky Holo Scarlett, Chunky Holo Bluebell, Chunky Holo Clover, Chunky Holo Black, Chunky Holo Teal, Madly Matte, Chunky Holo Poppy, Chunky Holo Purple

Nubar 2010

I was so stoked when I finally received my packages from Amazon just because I knew I was getting my Nubar 2010 finally. And let me tell you she is a beauty!!! I've been wanting flakies for the longest time but I didn't want to spend too much on them so instead of getting the Nfu-Oh I paid a couple dollars less and bought Nubar and I was very happy with the result. I started off with Sinful Colors Black on Black 2 coats then a coat of Seche Vite and then added the Nubar 2010. It was my first time using flakies so I kind of over did it should have used less but I loved it none the less.

Added some Essie Matte About You becuase I've read on different sites that flakies looks beautiful in matte. I preferred it shiny but still liked the matte.
